    All you need is a light set of hand weights (1-3lbs) and a mini loop band (green or red).

    This is shorter workout, about 35min long. This workout includes lots of leg work, but the main focus is on the arms and abs.

    You need a light set of hand weights (1-3lbs) and a medium set of hand weights (4-5lbs).
