Hello Friends!
You know I LOVE barre and I wanted to create a quick barre workout you can do at home when you have limited time.
All you need for equipment is 1 and/or 2 sets of hand weights: 2-3lbs and 4-5lbs. You can use soup cans if you don't have hand weights. One glider, but you can use a towel for floors or plastic plate for carpets. If you have a high backed chair or countertop for support, please use that as well.
Grab some water and let's go have some fun!

This is shorter workout, about 35min long. This workout includes lots of leg work, but the main focus is on the arms and abs.
You need a light set of hand weights (1-3lbs) and a medium set of hand weights (4-5lbs).

Here a quick, fun, full body strengthener Barre sequence when you are short on time. All you need is one set of 2lb hand weights and a 12" mini loop band. If you have a slightly heavier set of hand weights for biceps curls, even better!
