Welcome to Week 4 Pilates Fit!
I added a few new standing exercises to work the whole body, plus some new challenging Pilates mat work as we continue to build upon the previous weeks. So lots of fun, plus a few more challenges to work on.
We need a light set of hand weights (2-3lbs), towel, and optional: 8" pilates ball.
