We are continuing this amazing Pilates journey, exploring some of the more challenging level 2 Pilates mat exercises. I provide modifications for the challenging exercises, so pick either the modifier or the challenge, depending how the movement feels within your body.
We need one set of light hand weights, plus an optional foam roller or yoga block.
