Welcome to week 5! I am excited you are here!
Pilates Week 5 works on building from previous weeks, adding Teasers and Roll Over prep. We are trying some new functional strength movements for fun.
We only need one set of light hand weights and an optional foam roller (or yoga block).
Keep listening to your body, challenging yourself but also making sure you are trying to do the movements with good form.
