I couldn't help myself, the class went longer than usual! About 6min over! But those extra minutes are so worth it!
We need
-one set of light hand weights (2-3lbs)
-one set of medium hand weights (4-5lbs) - optional
-12 inch mini loop band (optional)
-5 or 6 foot theraband

We need one to two sets of light hand weights. I used 2lbs for almost the entire class, except for biceps curls I used 3lbs.
For the mini loop bands, I used extra light and light strengths, but use whatever works best for you. A medium strength for the bird dog series near the end of class would... -

Phew! This workout will definitely give you the burn in those legs. You need a light set of hand weights, 12" mini loop band, and a high backed chair or counter top.
For the lunges and squats, please pick a range of motion best suited for your knee joints. Don't go deep if it causes sharp pain ...

Welcome to this week of Barre! We need one set of medium hand weights, like a 4lbs or 5lbs set. If you have an 8 inch Pilates ball, grab it! You will need a chair or bench to place you hands on.
