Phew! This workout will definitely give you the burn in those legs. You need a light set of hand weights, 12" mini loop band, and a high backed chair or counter top.
For the lunges and squats, please pick a range of motion best suited for your knee joints. Don't go deep if it causes sharp pain in the knee joint. If the "pain" is more of a burn in the muscle, that is what you want!
For planks, please put your knees on the floor or try hands/knees position instead of on your toes if you find your low back dipping low. Another option is to take quick breaks every time you fill your core deactivating.
