Are you looking for one of my old and true Barre classes? Then look no further! Brand new sequences with a similar BarreFit format! I am calling this newer format: Barre Life, which consist of 30min of standing barre strengthening exercises with 20min of Pilates floor work. The perfect Pilates Life combo! Athletic Barre that works every single muscle in your body in a fun and motivating sequence blended to music.
I am not wearing runners because I am needing to strengthen my feet and so I kept my cardio bursts to low impact. I do provide high impact options for those that want a bit more intensity.
