Dear Friends,
Welcome to Week 1 of Functional Barre!
You will need one or two sets of hand weights, a mini loop band, and a sticky mat.
The lighter hand weight set can range 2-5lbs and the heavier set can range 5-8lbs.
Go on the lighter side for your mini loop band, I use a "light" for this series.
Any yoga sticky mat will do.
Enjoy the first workout! It's 45min in length. Just long enough to work every muscle in your body, but also short enough to fit in busy schedules. Please try to perform this workout 2-3 this week to build a strong foundation.
Grab some water and appropriate workout clothes and let's go have some fun!
