Hello Friends,
Welcome to Week 2 of Functional Barre!
You will need two sets of hand weights, if you have. The lighter hand weight set can range 2-5lbs and the heavier set can range 5-8lbs. For this workout, I used 2lbs, 3lbs, and 5lbs
8" pilates ball (or any 7-10" bouncy ball). This is optional: I show what you can do without it
12" mini loop band, I used a "light" for this series, but "medium" would be great too! This is optional: I show what you can do without it
Any yoga sticky mat will do
Enjoy the workout! This workout is 48min in length. Please try to perform this workout 2-3 this week to build strength and endurance.
Grab some water and appropriate workout clothes and let's go have some fun!
