Functional Barre 8-week Series

This is an older filmed series, but still a great set of workouts! Every class builds on skills mastered in the previous class. So please start at the first week, build the necessary strength and endurance, then move on to the second week. This set of classes will challenge you, but you are encouraged to stay with-in your abilities and gain strength gradually and safely every step of the way in your unique fitness journey.
