Dear Friends,
Welcome to Week 1!
You will need a sticky mat and a hand towel.
When participating with the video, please listen to your body and take the suggested modifications you feel are appropriate for your body. Every day is different, and it depends on our unique situation: what we did the day before, our fitness level, how flexible we are, and if you have any injuries.
Please try to do this workout 2 to 3 times this week to gain a strong foundation before moving to week 2.
Grab some water and appropriate workout clothes and let's go have some fun!
