Welcome to Week 3 Pilates Fit program!
There was so much to cover the video turned out to 55min! If you need, you can do 1/2 one day, then 1/2 the next day for the entire week.
I added a lot more standing work to work the whole body, plus some new Pilates mat work. So lots of fun, plus a few more challenges to work on.
We need a light set of hand weights (2-3lbs), towel, and optional: 2 yoga blocks.
Please practice this 2-3 times this week before moving onto week 4.
