Last Barre-Inspired BodyFit of the Series! Phew! I was a sweaty mess after this one!
I would say you could use 4-5lbs for most of the exercises, and then drop down to 2-3lbs when your arms get too tired. Use a high backed chair for support when you need, and a mat if lying on floors.
