First barre workout in this Jan/Feb 2021 series.
You need:
2 sets of hand weights (2-3lbs and 4-5lbs)
sticky mat (yoga or pilates)
2 gliders (tea towel for floors or plastic plate for carpets)
8" pilates ball or children's dollar store ball
