Dear Friends,
You will need one or two sets of hand weights, a mini loop band, 1 glider, and a sticky mat. The lighter hand weight set can range 2-4lbs and the heavier set can range 5-8lbs. For your mini loop band, I use a "medium" for this series. Any yoga sticky mat will do.
Enjoy the workout! It's 56min in length. Just long enough to work every muscle in your body to be an effective workout!
