Barre because we are building our endurance by using lighter weights with longer sets, BodyFit because we have high intensity cardio intervals between the strength rounds. Perfect for those who have fat loss as a goal, strengthening the muscles while keeping the heart rate up.
For the cardio intervals, we are doing a HIIT sequence, where we work as vigorously we can for 15 seconds, and then moderate intensity for 45 seconds for two rounds, equaling 2 minutes per cardio set. When we work vigorously we are working so hard we are breathing hard, so hard we can not speak in complete sentences, while when we work at a moderate intensity we can speak in sentences and are a bit breathy.

2x 5lbs hand weights
1 medium 12 inch mini loop band
8 inch Pilates ball
