Please perform this 50min workout 2-3 times this week. Up to five if you can!
Try the suggested modifications the first time, and then while listening to your body, see if you are able challenge yourself a little bit with some of the challenges I present in the poses, but only if the challenge feels attainable in your body. Any sharp pain in the joint or muscle is not good, a nice slow burn in the muscles is good discomfort and means the muscles are working.
