Fit Flow 6-week Series
6 Episodes
This series builds each week, learning new skills and building strength slowly and safely. Start with week 1, stay on that week until you feel you have mastered the moves, and then progress to week 2. Enjoy!
Think flowy yoga-style movements with low-impact cardio bursts mixed in. You will feel long, strong, relaxed, and sweaty by the end of the class.
This class is a dynamic barefoot combo of strengthening isometric holds, lengthening stretching poses, core empowering movements, and cardio bursts.
FlowFit exercises create a beautiful balance between mobility and stability within the body. Add mindfully breathing through movement to reduce stress, and you've got an amazing workout program that will leave you feeling invigorated, inspired, and rejuvenated.
Create the strength and stability needed in our bodies, while the stretching poses create length, and the core exercises build stability in our powerhouse, cardio bursts provide a heart and lung strengthener while burning more calories.
