Please perform this 55min workout 2-3 times this week.
This week we are flowing a little bit faster than last week. We are also trying a few harder poses, like Triangle with no hands and Half Moon. Please pick the modifications when appropriate for your body.
The beauty of Flow is the mindfulness we create when flowing through the poses with our breath, deeply listening to your body, always honouring what your body is capable of, which may change daily.
