welcome to week 7!
We don't need a lot of equipment this week. All we need are 1-2 sets of hand weights and 1 medium thick 12" mini loop band. I used a 3lbs set and a 4lbs set of hand weights.
Class is 50min long. This is a challenging class, but you have been gradually building endurance and strength over these past 7 weeks, so you can do it! Listen to your body, take the modifications when you need and the challenges that you can handle, and let's begin!
