8" pilates ball
1 glider (plastic plate on carpet/ towel on floor)
12" mini loop band (light to heavy)
2 sets of hand weights: 3lbs and 5lbs
This is a total body all over strengthener! The workout is 57min long! Oh boy! Great music and fun exercises! Enjoy!
