This past week I was working out to one of the Recorded Live Zoom Barre workouts on here from April 5 2021, and I noticed I was calling out form cues and hand fives to all my regulars back then! I heard Lindsay, Jeannette, Sam, and Judy's name for sure. One year later we are still together! Neat, eh?
I have taken that workout and changed a few things to make this workout. Similar sequences, but different timing, emphasis, and floor work. Try it out!
We need:
4-5lbs hand weights
6-8lbs hand weights (optional)
12 inch mini loop band
yoga mat
high backed chair
