Oh dear! This workout sequence is getting longer! I just couldn't help myself.
If you can handle that fact it's 59min than I highly recommend this workout! It's challenging and amazing in so many ways! A bit more burny then the past two weeks, lots of super fun cardio bursts push you through the hour, and a different mat variation.
