Improve posture, strengthen and lengthen your entire body, and gain endurance within your powerhouse. There are FOUR seasons of recorded live Zoom workouts. To view each season click the grey button beside the grey "sort by" button to pick which season you'd like to head to. For props, resistance bands and light hand weights are used in class as they help us feel the movements in the body more fully, they can assist and/or challenge depending on the exercise. Props often mimic Pilates apparatus (reformer, chair, tower, etc) movements which is so helpful to explore the benefits of Pilates.

    Brand new Mat Life class series! 20min of standing resistance work with 30min of Pilates-style mat work. The standing sequence gets our heart rate up while challenging all our muscles, the mat sequences work all aspects of our core.
